TV and Broadband OFF BT180PJ

ALL SERVICES DOWN CODE (W02). ironically self test says my equipment is off or disconnected when there is a VM service status of all services DOWN. I urge all VM customers to register that their service is down to get service credits on their bills.

Fix time is1630 - WHAT? This is ridiculous I am moving to Sky or BT IM TOTALLY FEED UP WITH VM. they didn't even try to notify me voluntarily.
