Sky Sports Not Working

I recently had a new box installed and Sky Sports now only works on the new box.  I had two boxes previously and access to all subscriptions on both, the correct boxes are installed according to those active on my account but the original box says I'm not subscribed to Sky Sports.  No other error messages.  Please help to resolve this issue.

The offending box, which type is it?

Reboot the box, and then go to Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to Virgin Media Service Now.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to give them a call. Alternatively the forum team should be able to help but they take a few days to get to posts on here.
