NE38 no internet, phone or TV since mid afternoon (10/1/18). So far 3 broken promises for restoring the service - the latest promise is 9am (12/1/18). Registered for text updates - not received any yet. Its a pity a so-called communications company is incapable of communicating with its customers. I fully expect a rebate on my account to compensate for this outage. If its not fixed tomorrow (12/1/18) I'll need to switch suppliers. Terrible customer service VM - you don't deserve the customer loyalty you have - you just abuse it - shameful !!!
