Recordings jumping

For the past two weeks all my recordings are jumping and freezing. Can anyone help with how to fix this please Smiley Sad

Hi if your live TV ok then it is your hard drive failing, phone 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and go down the Tv faults, they can check while you are on the line and if necessary arrange for an engineer to replace the box. Regards Micky
