My remote always worked until a few days ago when the volume button started giving trouble. Like others on here my TiVo box is extremely slow. When I phoned virgin today they admitted that this was very common and there is nothing they could/are prepared to do. They will send an engineer out but this is only after me telling them I would make a complaint to off com.ive read lots of these complaints on social media. The slowness is very infuriating and my volume won't re program no matter how many times I've tried. Even the laborious task of entering all the codes!!
