Pixellation

Since engineer put new box in last Tuesday.most of the channels picture break up.never had this issue before

Yes most channels.never had this issue in the past.turned box off to see if that helped and managed a station to watch.

Hello Smurf01

Sorry to hear this is happening with your new box 

Im guessing this is a new V6 box 

Can I ask how you are connected from the hub to the box?

Is this wired or wireless?

Have you tried with an alternative Ethernet cable?

Have you also tried rebooting both Hub and V6 box? 

Can you check the network settings on your V6 box. 

Just go to Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Change Network Settings

If none of these have fixed the issue, then I will need to book an engineer out

Yes its wired.the engineer put it all in.yes tried the rebooting and just give up.seem to spend most evening after work trying to fix it.i dont even put tv on now.husband tried history channel but within minutes the picture starts flickering ,freezing then juttering.

Apologies for any frustration this is causing. Have you checked the network settings on your V6 as advised earlier?

Yes just done this and lets just say thats 10 minutes i wont get back.pictures are just as bad
