Pixelation

My programmes are scrambling mainly on my recorded programmes. I have phoned a few times and on the last call was told to give it 48hours and it will all work fine. This hasn’t happened at all and very frustrating when paying for a service. Any advice?

If it's only on recordings then your hard disk is likely failing and you'll need a new box.

Waiting 48 hrs won't make any difference!

Hi thanks for replying. I didn’t think it would and thought it was just a way of fobbing me off. I will have to waste more time calling them now and this will be my third call to try and rectify it
