Engineer came to install tv, but did not bother to connect the line. I called to complain and put on hold for two hours then cut off.
sent a message and they would call me back in two weeks, nothing.
tried calling them again today, on hold for an hour and the phone now dead.
what shocking service and they are over charging me every month.
If you are calling 150 try calling as early as possible they open at 8am that can sometimes cut down on your wait time choose option for Tv faults and tell them what has happened they should be able to deal with it for you.
