On demand not working in bedroom

For the past 2 weeks the in demand services have not been working on my additional TiVo box in the bedroom I ha e reset the box reset the router done the force connection and nothing every time I try to call or live chat I am hanging around for ages please help

Excluding the App driven content (BBC iPlayer, Netflix etc) all Virgin OD services use the coax cable & not the router, so you may have a signal issue with the second box.
