I can certainly appreciate the frustration. At the moment all we can advise is that it is still under investigation and provide the current fix time.

Our team will be working to get this resolved by the estimated fix time provided.

The fix time at the moment is 18/03/2019 Steve. It was in my post responding to HowardML, apologies I should have included you in it so you were aware that I was also providing the info for you as well. 

Just to check does the issue affect you accessing the On Demand content that is available through our TV Go app?

Yes, I can access all on demand through the app but not on my TV.

Thank you Steve. It appears the issue is limited to the TV Box and not the On Demand Service as a whole. If everything goes as planned the team will have this resolved by the 18th.

Could I not have a replacement Box? I have been waiting for a resolution since December. Surely if it was just the Box you would have sent me a replacement by now?

Unfortunately not Steve, if it was identified as related only to the software on the box and exchanging the box fixed the issue, the option to swap would have been a fix that would have been offered to you before now.

So is it hardware ? What is the issue with the box that swapping my faulty  box for a new one will not fix?

It's a software issue and as far as we're aware it is also linked to your account profile.

Thank you. So any idea why it is taking months and many expired fix dates to correct? Am I unique in this or is it a larger problem?
