Not cancelled

I asked on the phone 2 weeks ago for sky cinema to be cancelled because the half price offer I was given finished ,  They ignored my request and have NOT cancelled as I can still watch the movies ,  Neither do I have a partial bill payment to pay .

They cancel 30 days later. Login and checks that it will take place https://my.virginmedia.com/trackorder/view-orders

It looks like you don't have any open orders!

 

So means they have not cancelled

Hi broksonic,

Thanks for your post.

As @arrgee1991 has correctly advised, we do take 30days notice to remove a service, including removing additional channels as is your situation.

The site you have looked at will only show open orders for tech appointments (install or fault visit) or orders where you are getting equipment delivered such as a hub. I'm sure the advisor has done everything they need to do to remove these channels after the 30day period is up, however, if you would like to double check this, you can give the team a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 option 1, option 1 then option 4, they will be more than happy to confirm the order is on the account.
