No service

Can someone please help. 

TV and Broadband have not worked all day. Been checking service status and have received a text saying that the problem is now fixed however is still not working. When calling they have said that the service is not working till the 15th but status is showing no problem. 

Can you please help as to why I’m being told one thing but online and via text I am being told the problem has been resolved.

As staff can take anything from 2 days to a week to respond to threads here it would be quicker to phone faults & follow up.
