No program guide

Message reads network availability C130
Have restarted and checked on my virgin media for issues but it can't find any.
This has been going on since before Christmas.
I've also noticed that the heart icon light is flashing.

If the heart icon is flashing then there is a connection problem with the network & you need to call faults to get it checked out.

It will either be signal adjustments or a replacement box.

I've located your account using your Community details to take a closer look and run some tests on the set top box, we're detecting some errors and I'd like to arrange for an engineer to come and take a closer look, if you're available?
