No confirmation email

I signed up for the ultimate bundle on friday via the website but have not recieved any confirmation of my order.

It is not in my spam or junk email

Hi Jamessmith2019,

   It can take up to 2-3 days to receive email confirmation. I would say if you have not received anything by Wed give them a call on 0845 454 1111.

Or if you concerned give them a call to confirm the order has gone through ok.

Would be a lot cheaper if you ring the 0345 454 1111 local rate number, instead of the 0845 with very high costs - especially if ringing from a mobile.
