Netflix keeps dropping out every 10mins (for several weeks now) then buffering at 25% sometimes it will continue playing after this and other times it will completely stop and an error message appears saying " check the network connection " I run a network check and get green ticks every time and also restart Netflix but having no luck with it. Please help us as it's driving us crazy!
Netflix stalling at 25% is a widespread problem you are not alone and it appears that it can happen whether you are watching from the app on the Virgin box or on the internet or via the app on a smart TV. BT customers have also complained about it. To me this screams that its a Netflix issue so I don't know if Virgin can do much to help.
