Dear VM team, I've not had a voucher code sent through for Netflix 6 months free on the offer when I signed up - I joined 2nd week of Jan. Please can you advise how I progress? This is not at all urgent, but would be nice to sort out.

The offer code should of been sent to the email address that you provided so I'd recommend checking your junk/spam folder and let me know if it's still not there.
