Can’t get Netflix to run?! I’ve logged out via settings, press red on the 204 channel and it just keeps refreshing the landing page that has the ‘triple frontier’ ad on it?!

Just the tv. The channel is there and showing the main screen, just doesn’t proceed in to Netflix when you press red. Thanks for replying

Can you do the following on the TV box;
Home, help and settings, settings, Network, connect to the Virgin Media network now. Then try Netflix again for me.
That didn’t work either I’m afraid.
I’ve also tried opening the app through apps menu and it won’t open there either.
Nothing is resolving it 😕
Can you try rebooting the box to see if anything changes?
Are any other apps not working on the box?
I reset it from the help and setting menu and it’s working! Thank you!
