We have already contacted different numbers as you have stated and each number directed us to an automated message which was no help and told us the lines were closed! What else can we do, it isn't the first time this has happened.

This has happened before with other PPV events and to be honest, I've ended up streaming the events because I can never get a call answered by Virgin on the night of a fight. I can PM my details if you can get it sorted. I'm not willing to wait another 25 minutes to be cut off again.
I managed to pay for the fight last week now On demand not working...Virgin media have promised me 3 times it would be up & running before 9pm tonight, but when I called last they told me won't be working for another 24 hours & I should watch one of the repeats tomorrow....if the service has been fixed!
So I'm trying to order the Mayweather vs Mcgreggor fight to watch and I keep on getting the Error LE6/104 message. So I took to phoning up customer support on the number given to me ( 0345 454 1111 ) Not once, not twice, but THREE times I was on hold for an estimated 30 mins to speak to a representative and around the 30 minute mark the cal just cut off. Now I'm using my mobile phone to make the call so it's going to cost me extra money as well as time to wasted trying to get a hold of someone. To say I'm angry is an understatement. Terrible terrible service. I pay over £115 a month for this pile of rubbish.
