MTV Classic on Virgin TV

Please could you make MTV Classic available on Virgin TV in the UK, it's the only MTV channel that we don't receive despite being available on Virgin TV in Ireland.

Re: MTV Classic on Virgin TV

There is now a lovely empty space in the Virgin TV Guide at 317 that MTV Classic would fit into nicely... please?

It's ridiculous that customers with Sky, BT, TalkTalk, Plusnet and even Virgin TV in Ireland have this channel but Virgin TV customers in the UK are denied it.

Re: MTV Classic on Virgin TV

There is as much chance of getting along with all the 4k channels

i have just read on various sites that VM are losing huge numbers of customers

The simple reason is cause we are way begins our competitors

@anthony_b Can you provide any proof of your assertion that Virgin Media ‘are losing huge numbers of customers’?

Re: MTV Classic on Virgin TV

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/business/news/virgin-media-subscriptions-decline-fourth-quarter-20...

Why why why do we still have to wait to getting new channels yet VM wants to keep increasing prices yet we are paying more for no increased channels.

The V6 box has not been that successful hence probably the reason it’s being given out free now

@anthony_b

You need to read and understand.

Virgin Media are not losing customers. That article rather sensationalises the fact that their number of additional customers was less in the last quarter of 2017 than it was in the last quarter of 2016. They’re not losing nett customers. They have more customers now than last year.

Re: MTV Classic on Virgin TV

VM need to do more to their loyalty customers

The new V6 box has been disappointing and we were told a year ago or around that time that 4k channels would be coming

Whars the point of having this new state of the art machine which is not

You only need to read various comments on this forum that people are disappointed with the new machine and lack of new channels yet we get price increases

With Sky coming out to new customers without the dish, Virgin need to do more

I respect your opinion but don’t agree with it.

If you are dissatisfied, you now what to do.

Re: MTV Classic on Virgin TV

I have been a very loyal customer and most of the time VM have been exceptionally helpful with me but I just would like to see improvement and more value for money

1. UHD channels and 2. A better quality box with less issues. The V6 box has not been as good as what was was expected
