VM need to do more to their loyalty customers
The new V6 box has been disappointing and we were told a year ago or around that time that 4k channels would be coming
Whars the point of having this new state of the art machine which is not
You only need to read various comments on this forum that people are disappointed with the new machine and lack of new channels yet we get price increases
With Sky coming out to new customers without the dish, Virgin need to do more
