I get most way through our conversations about upgrading and then it just cuts of and says connection unavailable this has happened 3 times now with 3 different agents, Is there a problem with it as my broadband is working fine.

Sorry to see you've been having issues with the online chat, have you been able to chat to our team regarding your upgrade?
We are also taking calls on 0345 454 1111 and I would suggest calling as soon as we open at 8am to avoid longer call queues.
It may also be worth seeing if you can perform the upgrade via your self-care account, do you have access to this?
Online self care won't work, but I did managed to sort out the upgrade thank you.

Can you tell me more able the self-care issue, perhaps we can look into this to have this resolved for you?
