Incorrect Bill

Hi There, 

Unfortunately my bill has increased and I am unsure why. I believe it may be as Virgin haven't taken off the movies free add on for the first 3 months, even though we had agreed that they would take it off. 

Could someone please look into this for me and make sure that I pay the correct amount this month and not the £20 extra.
