ITV Hub or Catch Up

I searched for this seasons Dancing on Ice episodes as I missed the first four of season 11.

I found them quite easily on the ITV hub and I am offered series links but there is no way to actually play them. 

Am I missing something obvious?

ITV Catch Up is 7 days, so only episode 4 is available as that was broadcast in the last week.

The other earlier three aren't available via Virgin TV.

This is one of the problems with Virgin Media advertising ITV Hub and All 4 as being available on Virgin TV. 

The reality is that neither of these apps / services are available on Virgin Media in full, only a limited selection of content.

But those are the brands that ITV and Channel 4 have for their On Demand.

So Virgin can only use what is brand approved by the channels.

Not really. 

Channel 5's on demand brand is My5, but to avoid misleading customers on Virgin Media their Catch Up content is branded simply as 'Channel 5' and it would be so easy for the same approach to be taken for ITV and Channel 4.

Virgin Media has even gone as far as including ITV Hub and All 4 in the icon carousel of apps on their website along with Netflix, Curzon and Hayu etc which is really misleading.
