How do I cancel extra channels?

Hi

I recently added the BT Sport bundle as an extra on top of my TV Mix package.

I know that to cancel I'll need to phone in and it seems that comes with challenges (long wait times etc).

My question is, do I need to give notice of cancellation, eg 30 days from the point of phoning in, or is the cancellation of extra channels immediate upon notification?

I want to have the bundle for another month so do I need to cancel now for 1 month's time or do i just phone up on the day I'm finished with it?

30 days notice I believe, best time to call is 8am.
