My TiVo box hasn’t been working for a week now. It goes between the welcome page and starting up on loop. First time I phoned I got told to try the box again in 3 days time. Still broke. I phoned again today and waited 50mins to speak to someone. I was told a new signal had been sent through and to reboot in 3 hours time. Still broke. So I phone back again and get cut off after an hour without even speaking to anyone! I’m at a complete loss. I don’t know how to get the issue resolved without speaking to someone. It’s such a mission. Anyone got any advice?
