I have received an email from HayU stating that my subscription has ended. This means I have lost access to HayU other than through my V6.
Is HayU being removed? Or is this a negotiating tactic by one or the other?
If it is being removed surely Virgin should be notifying customers first.

I email HayU and they told me I had to renew the subscription using code from the HayU app on the Virgin box.
This solution worked for me.

Hello. How do I go about doing this via the app on Virgin.. mine canceled tonight and I can't work out how to reset it back up. Absolutely gutted I use it alot.
