Hi you have a signal level issue phone and go down the Tv faults route they can check the levels while you are on the line and if necessary arrange for an engineer to come to you and adjust the signal levels. Regards Micky
I’m having exactly the same issue. It seems to be some HD movie channels but not others, some sport channels and not others, also the TiVo box randomly reboots itself. I’ve had numerous engineers on site, an external re-pull through(last week), internal re-wire (last night), change of box and HDMI cable, they’ve tested signal strength as well, all to no avail.
This is has been ongoing for months now and I’m getting totally fed up with virgins inability to solve their issues, I am so close to cancelling my contract as they can’t provide the service I pay for.
