Hey Collette, thanks for you message back on my post.
I had an engineer come out and replaced my second box (the one that showed the green screen). However, when he left and I got home, the new box wasn’t working (light comes on but no picture on the tv). Also somehow, the second box has stopped working too!
It wouldbe great if you could run any tests and/or send an engineer around please.
Thanks for the update and I'm sorry to hear that you're still having problems with the TV service. I have taken a look and I can see that there are some signal problems that need sorting out so I will arrange for an engineer appointment via private message. Look for the purple envelope icon above.
