Had Virgin installed 20 Feb which included the offer of free 32" TV. After 5 weeks & no sign of TV rung Virgin on Thursday 29 March. Spoke with an advisor who assured me they would look into & contact me within 4 days.............7 weeks installed on Tuesday. No contact from customer services & no TV??? I think the 28 days has passed! Any advice?

Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
