our tv remote control is not working and we are having to use the actual box to manually control the tv.
Please can you arrange for a replacement to be sent at all?

You can’t arrange a new remote through here. You will have to call in - 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111.

can you please advise what options I need to select when I call as twice I have called and obviously selected the wrong ones.
