Error code c215

Have 3 v6 boxes 2 working 3rd was ok but now wont connect to server can watch tv but cant access catch up on demand or apps have gone to settings to reconnect but it gets as far as account info and then says cant connect to server error c215

Hi Annbee

 

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry for the problems you've been experiencing with your V6 box recently. 

 

Can you talk me through how the box is connected to your hub? If it's wirelessly, do you have the option to try this with an ethernet cable and then see if the On Demand / Catch Up are working? 

 

I've tested the box form our end and we're not detecting any errors, so we'd love to hear from you.
