Error code W02 on Discovery channel and a few others

I am getting a W02 message when selecting the Discovery channel.

I have gone through all of the checks making sure all connectors are tight and rebooted the TiVo box several times. This has made no difference.

Welcome to our Community Forum FireFly591 and thanks for posting.

 

I see that you've followed our error code guide here but the problem still remains for you. Can I ask whether you get this with any other channels? I've had a look at your TV network details and cannot find anything that is a cause for concern.

 

Can you try clearing your TV Box's cache to see if it works? It doesn't delete anything so don't worry. To do this, press the following buttons on your remote - Home>Thumbs down>Thumbs up>Play>Play>Play.
