Error code 602

Every time we watch anything on catch up we keep getting error code 602, 3 or 4 times per 45 minute show, have to keep starting programme again and within 10 mins repeating above sequence. Any solutions to get rid of it?

The link advises:-  Try to re-play the programme you wanted to watch = By trying to play the programme again, you should be able resolve your issue.

If that fails you are advised to Please get in touch.  We will be able to run some further checks our end to get your TV service back up and running again

Call 150 from your Virgin Media phone or mobile, or call 0345 454 1111 from any other phone
It's best to call at 8am when they first open as they shouldn't be so busy.
