Error Code ES004

Hi for the past 48 hours have not been able to Access My Library on the V6 Tivo Box. Have run online test of Box and it agrees theres a problem but just tells me to check wires and reset box every time. All other services on Broadband etc all work On Demand etc.  I've even run Network settings on the Box to no avail all connections are checked so think there is software prob somewhere and the Error code doesnt exist on your database so can anyone shine the light on Problem, ive paid for these movies and cannot access them Anyone any Clues?

Search the fora - lots of posts on this "known fault" - its being worked on - should be more info there

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
