Equipment return

I recently upgraded, the old box being a (black) Samsung 500GB, Model SMT-C7100.

Is this to be returned to Virgin, or do i just recycle it myself?

Hi JPCoetzer,

  Virgin no longer want the Tivo 500g back and expect you to just dispose of it. If they wanted it back the adviser would have been prompted to tell you during the upgrade If you are unsure however just give them a call.

Thank you Goodsamaritan. Upgrade was done online, and I am generally shying away from caling the help desk unless really necessary....

I know calling 150 can be painful. If you did it online when you received your new equipment they would have sent a returns jiffy bag at the time.

Don't worry just start enjoying your new  equipment.
