Equipment collection/return

Can anyone tell me how equipment return is arranged please?  We cancelled our TV service a few weeks ago, so it will be switched off in 10 days or so.  We have had no further contact from Virgin to tell us how to proceed with their equipment, so what happens next?

The package for equipment returns is usually sent our once the account is disconnected.

For me to confirm this has been arranged and is pending for you if you can PM me the following I can check this for you.

  • Your name and confirm if you are the account holder.
  • The full address including postcode
