Another tivo box broken number 3 now ! it broke tonight 11pm, the night before Christmas eve, so tomorrow I need it fixed - please send an emergency egineer first thing in the morning, tried contacting you but you don't offer a 24 hour service for your 24 hour product !!!!
The chances of 3 different tivo boxes failing on your connection due to box problems must be vanishingly small. You must have an underlying issue that is casing whatever problems you are experiencing. So an engineers visit is a place to start but you need to call it in - will take longer on here.
Or you could tell us what the actual problem is and there may be someone who can help.
EDIT: BTW double posting the same problem wont help.
