You should have got either a copy emailed or posted. Check your emails.
It's not available on the online account. Have you checked your emails and Is it about mobile or media (Broadband/TV/Landline)? Please let us know so that we can further help.
I had the same problem last year when I upgraded my packages
Phone in again and go down the Thinking of Leaving route and and go to Retentions like I did. They re-nputted my Contract details and surprisingly I got a reduction in my monthly payments.
