Assuming you mean that the Guide says ‘To Be Announced’ for all channels and all dates/times, all you can do is attempt a manual network connection which may identify further information as to the source of your error.
You can do this connection by navigating on the TiVo as follows:
Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to the Virgin Media Service now >
The connection goes through a number of steps. Report if any step fails and what message is displayed.
If all goes well, your Guide should populate.
