Anyone else have problems with catch up and other apps? I’m constantly having issues with Netflix and catch up. Wonder if it’s worth complaining. Just get the message on screen “ not available try again” so annoying when paying over £100 a month for a package that routinely has problems 😡

I've been able to locate your account using your forum details - unfortunately I wasn't able to read any info from your boxes as they're showing as unreachable.
Can you please try giving them a reboot and pop back if you're still having problems? It may also be worth checking for related known issues on our service status page: virg.in/service. If you sign in from there you can also run tests on your equipment which may offer a solution.
