Catch up tv

Every time, and i mean every time i watch catch up, it always buffers and then stops saying, something went wrong and puts me out.So annoying

What TV box do you have Tivo or V6? If a V6 how is it connected to your Hub? What Hub model is it?

A tivo gets its internet connection via the coax cable connection, it is independent of the Hub3. So if there is a problem it will be with that connection. Call it in as a fault and see what they say about it.
