Catch Up and On Demand On TiVo box

Hi Everyone   

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem. Each time we go to use the Catch Up or On Demand feature it’s not available?

if we power cycle the TiVo box it starts to work after a few moments 

We have a TiVo box and it’s connected to Virgin broadband.

If its a Tivo call it in as a fault as the catch up is delivered by the coax connection to the network If its a V6 then it comes from the V6 connection to the Hub - which will be the problem to address.
