Can anyone tell me why in 2019 it doesn't appear to be possible to cancel channels via one's online account? Hanging on the phone for 15 minutes before giving up, which is what I've done for 2 consecutive days now, is lame to say the least given the technology available. It wouldn't be the policy to make this as difficult as possible so that a significant numbers of customers give up and keep channels they don't really need, would it? I'm trying cancel Premier Sports but I do have other things to do with my life
