Over the past three weeks we intermittently get C130 and n27 error messages on our main TV. We then lose on demand services and a message 'to be announced' when looking at our programme guide, last night on BBC2?? We had a series recording link on this channel which suggested the programme did not record. We have checked cables and switched our Hub off and on again. This seems to be only on our TIVO box and not our V+ box which is attached to our other TV and works fine all the time.
All sorted thank you. THe technician checked the TIVO box and made some adjustments to ensure that it was within 'range'. He also had to replace our old V+ box as this was and old box creating some problems.
Very happy with the technician's help and advice. A professional approach indeed.
