Not going well. Non of the prompts seem to relate to simply booking an engineer. Tried one route and it asked for a password which I don't know (not the one I use to sign in online, oh no, far too simple). Eventually says it's putting me through to a person but I seem to have been in a queue for ages. Surely there must be an easier way to get someone out to simply move a box?
