Booking an engineer

I need to get my internal wall box for my TV service moved and require an engineer to come out to do this. However, I have been unable to find out how to do this. Can anyone help?

Call in on on 150 (VM phone) or 0345 454 1111 and just follow the prompts

Not going well. Non of the prompts seem to relate to simply booking an engineer. Tried one route and it asked for a password which I don't know (not the one I use to sign in online, oh no, far too simple). Eventually says it's putting me through to a person but I seem to have been in a queue for ages. Surely there must be an easier way to get someone out to simply move a box?

….so how do you book an engineer for equipment move ?

I've tried the phone menu system and not got anywhere.....
