Black Screen with new V6 box & Samsung TV

I just recently got virgin media installed on the 13/09/18 but I have been having problems with the screen going black every time you wake the V6 box up. I contacted the help team which they reset the box for me, but since then I am still having the same problem with the black screen. I have checked all cables are in and secure also tried a different HDMI cable but to no avail I’m still getting a black screen, I must add that there is sound and I can see the TV guide just now what’s showing on the Chanel.

What TV is it - is it 4K?

sorry I should have mentioned that in the post, 

It’s a Samsung 50” 4K just purchased few weeks ago.

When you get the black screen hit the source button on the samsung remote, switch it to the TV plus option and then switch it back to the V6 box. That works for me.
