I just recently got virgin media installed on the 13/09/18 but I have been having problems with the screen going black every time you wake the V6 box up. I contacted the help team which they reset the box for me, but since then I am still having the same problem with the black screen. I have checked all cables are in and secure also tried a different HDMI cable but to no avail I’m still getting a black screen, I must add that there is sound and I can see the TV guide just now what’s showing on the Chanel.
