Hi

I had a very strange conversation on the phone on Saturday as when I Came watch the BT 4 K channel I see that it has changed to BT ultimate channel. I called the call center and was told that the channel is only HD and has never been 4K. Do these people know what they are doing. And if they record calls they should listen to this one.

Welcome to the community forums and thank you for your post. We do apologise for any confusion that has been caused by one of our phone based agents. We can confirm BT have changed the name of the their 4KHD channel to the BT Ultimate Channel. This is a part of re-branding by their selves and we can confirm that this is still their dedicated 4K sports channel.
