Are V+ Boxes being switched off by Virgin

My Tivo box OK but V+ box switched on all plugs in and still NO SIGNAL

V+HD boxes should still work. If your box is showing no signal then you have a fault. Give VM a ring on 150.

Rang VM and they sent signal dow and box ok now Many thanks
