AmazonPrime doesn't work

And now the third time of writing this. I'm so annoyed Amazon Prime keeps freezing can anyone recommend another service provider?

If this is via the V6, have you connected the V6 to the hub by an Ethernet cable (best)?

Hi Roger

My hub and SamsungTV are now quite old ( 4 years)!! I reregistered the Amazon app on the TV. Seems to have done the trick. 

Thanks for the info on an ethernet cable. Probably a good idea with all hubs.
