If this is via the V6, have you connected the V6 to the hub by an Ethernet cable (best)?

My hub and SamsungTV are now quite old ( 4 years)!! I reregistered the Amazon app on the TV. Seems to have done the trick.
Thanks for the info on an ethernet cable. Probably a good idea with all hubs.
