Please Virgin can you tell all of your customers why you are lying to all of us regarding the fix if all4. Its been out of service for over 2 weeks and every day you tell us it's being fixed by a certain time and day and when that day arrives you push it back to another. It's already gone from the 1st to the 2nd then 3rd 4th now 5th. It's not acceptable. Get it fixed or be honest that you haven't got a clue but don't lie to your customers who pay every month.
