Account not properly set up

I joined virgin in february and have loved it. Every month however i keep getting credits to my account and when i phone im told my set up is not yet complete. Today finally virgin have realised they havent ticked a box at their end. Now ttying to use my v6 box upstairs and cant watch programmes already recorded error c501 showing and no longer have access to apps such as netflix etc. Also reveived an email where my monthly bill is now £40 dearer a month than it should be and a massive bill to be paid. Please help
